Have you ever come across Proverbs 31 when reading your Bible? "A virtuous and capable woman," it reads, "is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise and she gives instructions with kindness." It doesn't stop there. "Charm is deceptive and beauty does not last, but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised." At The Good Shepherd Ministries, we look to God's Word and take to heart the crucial role women are meant to play in their homes, in their congregations, and in the lives of their friends, families and fellow believers.

Our Women's Ministry meets for times of fellowship, encouragement and study. We hold Women's Breakfasts on a regular basis, get together for special events, occasionally host a Women's Sunday School class or hold weekly Bible studies as particular topics present themselves. We work alongside the Pastor and the entire congregation to serve Jesus Christ and spread His message to our families, communities, co-workers, and the world at large.
